Louis from Stang is a lifesaver. Our basement was flooded on Sunday night. We called an emergency plumber. He told us to unplug our full basement freezer and get some sandbags (are there 24-hour Home Depots I don’t know about?). He said he would come back at 10 am the next morning to try to figure out the source of the problem. I got back online, called Stang, and at 9-10 pm on a Sunday night, Louis showed up at our house. Within 15 minutes, he had figured out that one of our sump pumps was out and the other was on its last legs. He got one running and solved the immediate source of the flooding. We had him come back a week later and replace both sump pumps. This is the guy to call in an emergency!

I love this company! The owner & his wife are just amazing! They are very helpful & they don’t push things on you. Louis is 1 of the plumbers & he knows what he is doing for sure. He also doesn’t push things you don’t need! I love Stang because it’s a family business & they aren’t like other companies. They are quick to fix the problem unlike other companies who want to get that hourly. Great prices, Great service & most of all, they treat you like family!
